We also offer All Natural Beef (also graded "Choice"), which means that animal has never been injected with growth hormones or steroids. It also ensures that no antibiotics are used 300 days prior to harvest. Beef is graded as a whole in two ways: Quality Grades – for tenderness, juiciness and flavor and Yield Grades.
